This draft describes how Apply n Fly (“we”, “us” or “our”) proposes to handle personal data submitted through the contact and Free Profile Evaluation forms on this website. Information the forms collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. The Free Profile Evaluation form asks for your full name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, preferred countries, course level, field of study, preferred intake, latest academic percentage or CGPA, English-test status and score, GRE/GMAT status, yearly budget range, and consent to be contacted. The forms also use a hidden anti-spam field.
Please do not include identity documents, financial account details, passwords, or other sensitive information in a form message.
Why we use the information
We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, contact you about your stated study-abroad interests, understand the profile information you choose to share, and provide relevant admissions-planning guidance. We may also use the information to protect the forms from spam and to keep records of enquiries and consent. We do not use the forms to make automated decisions about you.
Consent and your choices
Submitting either form requires you to tick a consent checkbox agreeing to be contacted about your enquiry. You may withdraw that consent or ask us to stop further contact by emailing Support@applynfly.in. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before we receive your request, and we may need to retain limited information where a lawful reason requires it.
Who may access the information
Access should be limited to Apply n Fly personnel who need the information to handle your enquiry. The forms rely on external services to transmit or store submissions: the contact form is configured to use Web3Forms, and the profile-evaluation form is configured to send submissions to a Google Apps Script web app and Google Sheet. Those services may process information as required to provide their services. Their current privacy terms, access controls, storage locations and applicable safeguards must be reviewed before this draft is published.
We do not propose to sell your form information or share it for unrelated third-party marketing. We may disclose information if required by applicable law or a valid legal process. Any additional recipients or cross-border processing must be identified and reviewed before publication.
How long information is kept
Proposed retention period for review: keep enquiry and evaluation records for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then securely delete or anonymise them.
